Ok, here's my situation: My dad got a new Expedition, and the one he had before it hasn't been sold yet, so I'm driving it. I have really wanted to sell it, cuz when we do, I can get a Z. Well, now that it has snowed 14-18 inches in the last 2 days here in Michigan, we have gotten a few calls about it... the first in months. But my problem is now, I dont wanna sell it! Short of maybe Scott's monster Jeep, it's the best car in the snow (and we have LOTS of it), and I pity all that don't have Suvs. It would be hell without one. So I talk to my dad, and he says we can cut a deal: I chip in a few hundred a month (i have a job, and will be paying for a car of my own by myself) and we keep the car. Now, $200 a month for a $20,000 fully loaded '98 Expedition Eddie Bauer is a DAMN good deal. BUT I really want a Z, but I will have more money for a down payment and maintence and stuff in the spring. Hmmmm So here's my question: What do you guys think I should do? Should I help pay for the Expo till Spring, then get a Z, or should I go for it while I have the chance and get a Z now? Any comments, info, suggestions are appreciated. Thanks in advance!
